Aquatics interview questions

The interview was a very brief one on one. I was asked performance questions such as CPR scenarios. Overall, the environment was relaxed. The interview mainly regarded why I chose the job and how my attitude could attribute to the aquatics division .I would have considered it more a conversation with a stranger than a interview process . Majority of those that apply will be hired. This is disregarding any individuals that may harm or have disability to perform as a water safety instructor.
