Had a first round with the hiring manager that went smoothly. He shared some additional insights and recommendations quite last minute before the interview with the "would be" boss. She was approachable but direct, cutting me off at times, no BS, but respectful. Didnt end up going my way as while they were looking for someone more hands-on operational, they required technical expertise in being able to build Life Cycle Assessments from scratch.

Good , well structured but tough. Modelling and presentation exerciese included. Modelling was difficult and overall a competitive process. First interview was fine, second okay , third hard. Got the offer but rejected as poor working hours reputation.

Interview
Was contacted by an external recruiter for a phone screening. The recruiter didn't seem to understand the industry or the role very well. They should probably have someone who understands the industry/work doing these interviews if they intend to ask anything beyond basic background questions.
