Arango interview questions

I would like to highlight a few points regarding to my recent interview experience with the QA Team; I was fully prepared, very confident with the job description and expectations, very energetic just to show my interest. Unfortunately I felt that the decision was made from the beginning. I was shown a quite negative attitude. I kept trying to keep my energy high even when facing such environment. I was shown zero interest in my candidacy, preparation, my knowledge about the product or the features of the product I have already learned in a quite short time. I was shown no interest in hearing my past related experiences. The questions asked to me during the interview were barely related to a Senior QA role. I barely received a question regarding a Quality Engineering role. I myself am also a Senior Engineer who is actively interviewing candidates for Senior Quality Engineering roles. It is unfortunate that this interview was just a huge waste of time. Don’t waste your time with this place.

1. Initial recruiter interview with Global Direct of HR 2. Second interview with VP of finance 3. Assigned 30-60-90 day project to Global Director of HR followed by presenting completed 30-60-90 day project to GDHR via a 3rd interview 4. fourth and final interview with CEO.
