I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arcadis in May 2012
Interview
-Met with senior geologist on campus, it went well but I did get nervous after it took 3-4 weeks for them to get back to me. I then got a call from HR to come to their office and have a second interview.
-Second interview met with a 4 different groups a senior geologist and a mid-level geologist, a senior geologist, senior engineer, and then the Principal in Charge. These meetings were back to back and took approximately 3 hours, after this I went to lunch with a few Geologist 1's.
Standard but not inspiring, was asked the same questions over and over again. Interviewers did not seem to be very passionate about their jobs. Process seemed to be too overhead/HR driven
