Typical interview process. The interviewer asks questions from a booklet of questions obtained from the HR department. The interview was about 30 min in length and there were two people present - the manager and assistant. You have to pass only one interview to see if you got the job. They were very pleasant and tried to relate to me as much as possible.

there were 2 interviews. both were fairly relaxed with competency based questions and few technicals too but nothing too complicated. communication before and after the interviews was fairly quick and straight forward
