There was an on campus interview after a career fair that lasted approximately 30 minutes. This was a 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter and asked the typical STAR format questions.
After the on campus interview I was invited to the USA headquarters for the final round interview. Here we were interviewed 1 on 1 by 3 different people (HR, Manager, and some sort of plant worker). Each interview lasted approximately for 30 minutes. There was a tour of the burns harbor facility after the interview was done. An offer was made 2 weeks after the final interview.

They give you a call with such a weird accent that you have a hard time understanding anything. short notice and far away from DMM. Also, there are several interviews where, in some of them, you just talk without being heard by the people who are going to make the decision.

Interview
Company environment is not at all international and it shows in their hiring policy. They give you a salary compensation sheet before you start your interview. Unfortunately for them a lot of other candidates have their interview at the same time as you. At the end realised they offered almost 500 euros less when I compared to another Flemish candidate despite us having the same background and only difference being that I am non Belgian woman.

Very bad experience i called for face to face interview at plant and interviewer was absent at that day then they arrange telephonic interview i gave all ans amd then HR told me we will call u in 1 week but not hear back also not give me reimbursement i tried to call 3,4 time for reimbursement but no call pick up i dont know whats wronge with management.
