Interview
After initial college interview, final interview consisted of three back to back interviews with different people from various parts of the operation. Best interview I have ever had. It was not like a typical interview I had had before, very friendly and open to questions.

Interview
Met with ArcelorMittal during a job fair and had an on campus interview with them the next day. They were very accommodating of my busy schedule and were friendly during the interview. I was glad to be interviewed by two metallurgical engineers who were able to answer some specific technical questions.
