Interview
The initial round of interviews was before the career fair at my school on campus then the final round of interviews took place in Burns Harbor. They arranged for my travel and stay at a hotel. The final round of interviews began with a presentation from HR and other employees, a brief introduction of interviewees, and then we dispersed for three one-hour behavioral based interviews.
