Initial phone screen before 30 minute interview by phone with the hiring supervisor, who was conversational and kind. 2nd interview (also 30 min) took place on a video call with the hiring representative who was upfront and knew the company well. Whereas in other interviews, I can be quite nervous, this time I felt comfortable and at ease.
