Interview
The interview was divided into two parts, both were conducted via CEO of the company.
First part included general questions about experience and was aimed to pre-select candidates for the second round. It was short (around 15 minutes). The second interview was situation-based, with hypothetical questions like "What would you do if", lasted for around 1,5 hour. It looked professional, but a bit stressful.
In addition, each person is required to fill in a survey on preferences and background.
