Friendly and cordial, questions were as expected and a good place to work. The attorneys were friendly and gave nice feedback. I would recommend to people in New York City seeking a law firm position.

Interview
Headhunter submitted resume, got a call for a preliminary interview. All interviews were set by HR by email. Preliminary interview with 2 partners, followed up by 2nd round interviews by 5 partners. The interviews were by Microsoft Teams and had 2-3 partners at the same time. After spending a few hours meeting with 7 partners, I did not hear anything further from the firm. Total silence.
One telephone interview. Two rounds after. First round was shorter. Second round was with more senior attorneys and didn't seem as good of a fit. Wasn't expecting an offer and wasn't planning to accept it
