Very relaxed, informal, friendly. The manager made me feel welcome and let me talk about myself first and then moved onto the more technical questions about the company. It felt more like a discussion than an interview.

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
