all team based - had to work together to complete various different exercises: building a tower from different materials and drawing a superhero containing characteristics of a good employee, personal questions regarding hours, why you would be good for the job etc, short overall

It was good and fast and was an overall easy process I think the questions were positive and were oriehntated towards sales which made it more easier for me as I prepped in advance for my interview.

Tell me about a time where you showed good service skills
Had multiple sit downs with mid-managers and then senior manager. Needed to take a test to assess my qualifications. Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed the experience. Would work with them again.
