Informal Skype interview discussing competencies, was fairly straightforward. Was made to feel comfortable, many questions asked about team work and strengths and weaknesses. Overall fairly pleasant experience. Still waiting on if I have the job.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
