Casual and laidback. Asked to come in for an interview a few days after applying. Interview was with the manager of the store and lasted about 20 minutes from start to finish.
Online, bunch of questions about different work scenarios and work ethic. Questions about safety in the work place and a few questions over the phone with the store manager who seemed in a rush.

Interview
I applied in store and the process took only 4 days. I went in store and filled out an application. Within 2 days I had a call back from the manager asking to come in for an interview the next day. The interview wasn't exactly an interview - no basic interview questions were asked and it was just the woman describing the job and talking about Argos. Had a call back the next day to say I was successful and arranged a date for an induction with the rest of the new employees. Stamford, England.
