it is of 3 rounds 1.telephonic 2.online assessment test 3.video calling. 1st round took longer time to complete asking about my education,experience and growth.also they questioned like problem solving to test my IQ levels some are difficult to answer

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Arise Careers (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi) in Mar 2016

Interview

It is of 2 rounds F2F and Video calling.It took 2 hours for the 1st round. And in the 2 nd round they expalined about salary,benefits and the allowances and after I recieve my offer letter.It's good and happy to go with the fellows.
