It went smoothly. Cameras were off the whole time. The interviewer was kind and gave just enough hints for me to move forward when I got blocked. Ended up solving both problems in an hour. Still waiting for a next round (if there will be one).

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Arista Networks (Santa Clara, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
I interviewed with one of the senior engineer at a career fair. He was nice and tried to help me understand about the company.
First round was an in-person interview. Then the final round withe the hiring manager.
Overall, pleasant and was happy to talk with them.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arista Networks (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2020
Interview
Applied via email from my college's careers service. Received invitation to complete an online test the same day. The person also sent some interesting resources about the company which was helpful and interesting.
The test itself was straight-forward and involved some basic string manipulation. Though I felt the question was slightly misleading, the tester did send on a copy the question afterwards when I requested it so I could review it. I still feel the question was misleading but the process itself was very smooth and the staff member I was in contact with was very friendly.
