Ark Financial interview questions

After the first interview, I received communication that I was not a fit. Then months later they contacted me and asked if I was still interested in the opportunity. I then took some personality and skill tests. During the second interview, the interviewer showed the results of the tests to me and mentioned that the tests results scored high in relation to certain skill sets and personality characteristics that they were looking for. However, after the second interview, they did not provide any feedback or follow up.

Interviewer never called. They obviously have little respect for top candidates. I would hesitate to accept an interview from this company. I've taken 3 companies public, raised $1.1b and assembled top teams to create $6.4b in value. I've invested millions personally in my employers. No call? This was all information located on my resume. They set up a time and "were excited to meet me." Friday 4:30pm interview on 9.29.2023. Left me hanging.
