Interview

Interview was done in the corner of the office for everyone to hear instead of in a separate room. The questions were relatively simple & straightforward & you're not made to feel under immense pressure. I was told there & then that I'd been given a conditional job offer & made to fill out plenty of forms.

basic interview questions, formal interview, short test at the end, paperwork, job specifications, write down each answer on paper before submitting to manager, skills for work, manager and trainer was present and asked individual questions about employment, availability and other important questions to do with care
