Recruiting Sourcer reached out to me on LinkedIn. Had an initial call a recruiting manager, who vetted me and my experience. Three days after this call, let me know that the team made a tough decision to move forward with other candidates. But it turned out the real reason he assumed I did not respond with a resume after the call, which I did. So he apologized and and put the interview process back in place. This was followed up an interview with the People's Operations manager, which was focussed on personal skills. After this interview I was told I would be handed a Codility Test. Then a few days later I got an email indicating the requirements changed and that they will be stopping the interview process.
