I got five questions such as the following, (the questions were formulated differently, but this is how I remember them): - Why the F12 program? (e.g. why did you apply, what are your expectations, how are you a good fit for the program/Arla). - Provide two examples, one where you practised a positive/good leadership behaviour and another for a leadership behaviour that did not go well or was "bad", and how did this "bad" situation changed you (your leadership style). - Tell us about a situation/person you have learned a valuable lesson from and has made an impact on you. 3 out of 5 questions I had were related to leadership.
