It was pretty simple. I liked that it was in groups because it made the process more comfortable. It also allowed us to get a better feel for the work environment.
Walk all over their employees and pay them close to nothing. Plus, their way of managing things is horrible. Sometimes they don’t even know their own handbook. The menu is long and there is wayyyy too much customization
