Easy to go through the process. Instructions are clear and concise. No problems when communicating with internal talent team. People are friendly. Staff does provide alot of information. Easy application process.
Interview with Agency Owner, Area Manager, VP of Sales, Product Management, and Reps throughout the team in a specific territory. You will also have a online personality screening to determine your specific personality type. These interviews are a friendly environment but be prepared to discuss why you would be a good fit for the role and why you decided Arthrex is a company you would want to work for.
