Despite clearly stating my visa status, the company appeared skeptical and ultimately rejected my application solely based on my international background. They did not provide any transparent reason for the decision, even though I was highly qualified for the role. It felt unfair and disappointing that I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities.
