Interview
First of all HR will ask your tentative salary expectations & job role of earlier company
Then she or he will conduct 2 interview round
First will be SVP & second will be CGO
I applied online. I interviewed at Artivest (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
First round phone interview followed by case study before in-person meeting with handful of members from the team.
Pros: Interesting company that seems to be growing very quickly, impressive management team, reputable investors, nice people in person
Cons: Overall frustrating and unprofessional interview process. The role required that a fairly substantive case study be completed prior to interviewing with the team - the case study was never discussed and quite frankly I doubt that anyone I spoke with even reviewed my work. Second, the recruiter informed me that he would be in touch regarding next steps in the days following the interview "but that feedback was positive so far" but this never occurred. I followed up via email over a week later and did not receive a response for three weeks - bizarre and unprofessional. I coincidentally met someone else who interviewed for the company, and his experience was nearly identical..

Interview
I recently went through recruiting at Artivest, and it was really a refreshing experience. They really tried to get to know me, to make sure I was a good cultural fit. At the same time, they also cared deeply about whether or not they would be able to provide the professional development opportunities relevant to me at this point in my career. Fantastic people!
