Arts Consulting Group interview questions

The interview wasn’t especially difficult, but it felt very scripted. Most of the questions were incredibly broad, and even when I asked for clarification, I didn’t get much guidance. It’s possible they were trying to see how I’d handle vague prompts, but without any context or follow-up, it just felt difficult to answer in a meaningful way. There were also technical questions, like “How would you deal with reconciling transactions?” but the interviewer openly mentioned that she had no experience in the area I was applying for (payroll), so it was hard to know what kind of answer she was even looking for. Overall, it felt more like they were checking off a list than trying to understand whether I’d be a good fit for the team or role. The interviewer missed our original interview due to getting the time wrong, and I haven’t heard anything about the status of my application after the interview and its been over two weeks now. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not especially thoughtful.

Incredibly professional and diligent interviewing process. They're very in-tuned with the current wants and needs of organizations across the US and did an amazing job combing through all the necessary information and qualities of the candidate.
