Interview
10 mins English test (What are you most proud of )+ 40mins technical test(bending moment, sketch structural details). Both of my interviews are foreigners and they are very nice, just prepare English will be the primary language in use.
Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
