Two day assessment centre. First day included a presentation and a group discussion. Day two had a written exam and interview with 2 people in addition to a director that popped in to ask a question.

Describe a project when you've had to complete work timely with competing deadlines.
It was a lot more casual than what I am used to. But this was certainly welcomed. Felt the hiring managers were genuinely interested in getting to know you and your ambitions
