Interview
The interview process began with an online application on Arup's website that asks about relevant work experience, the department you are applying for and the submission of a CV. It is then followed by a psychometric test testing general and spatial reasoning. Finally, if successful, an interview is arranged with the hiring manager.
The process is outlined on their website. 1. initial selection 2. online assessment (standard stuff really, some problem solving and personality tests) 3. assessment interviews (in person) 4. offer (about a week later)
