I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arup in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online and had to complete a number of questions. Apparently every application is actaully reviewed by a person so this stage is important. I was then invited to interview - I was first given a technical exercise to complete in half an hour and then the interview followed. There didn't seem to be a proper structure to the interview or any planned questions; it just began by being asked to speak about myself and then went forward from there.
Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
