Interview
Interviewed with the Manager and Senior Designer in the first interview. Then had a follow-up interview with the entire team I would be working with (Business Analysts, Product Managers, etc).

"What is UX?" I thought this was an exceptional question to ask and was very glad that they started with the basics.
