AsPro Security Services interview questions

Turned up to the store where my interview was being held and was take. To of all places the staff canteen to sit my interview (yes there where staff eating lunch) it was a small canteen with one table. My interview was only supposed to last 20_30 mins but we ended up talking for well over an hour. By the end I was given the distinct impression that the chap liked me and I had the job. He gave me his card and said he would be in touch. I never heard from him after that though for 3 weeks. He then text me and said he was sorry and that he was off sick and was I still Interested in the job? I replied and said I was and he said he would be back next week and would be in contact. Next thing I heard was 4 months later when I received a letter informing me I was unsuccessful. An altogether barmy experience.
