The interview panel at Asana was excellent; thoughtful, professional, and a pleasure to meet. Unfortunately, the recruiting experience was terrible. Asana outsources to Talentify, and the recruiter I worked with was unresponsive throughout. My questions about the presentation prompt were ignored, and after completing multiple rounds (including a presentation), I was simply ghosted with no closure at all. It’s not the outcome that’s frustrating, it’s the lack of basic professionalism. Ghosting a candidate after such significant time and effort leaves a very negative impression and does not reflect well on the company.
