I received an email confirmation about the interview 2 days before the interview. I waited for 15 mins and then sent an email out to them. The recruiter said she forgot.
Enough said. If they can do this for Director of Software Engineering role, I am not sure how they would treat others.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward, like most interviews. The interview consisted of one on one telephone interviews as well as on-site interviews with the hiring manager, members of the senior leadership team, peers to the position, and the members of team. Interviews focused on the business aspects of the job as well as a technical deep dive.
