They didn't revert anything after an excellent interview round. I gave them many tips & solutions to improve their presence. Still, they didn't come back with any feedback. The process should be more transparent and ideally they should not waste anyone's time if they are not in an intention to hire.

Hiring is via reference. Interview process is moderate. Usually a 2 round interview. Candidate's experience and skill sets are checked. Overall not a grilling interview. Candidate should be thorough on financials.
