Ashmore Group interview questions

Interview through external recruiters. First they screen CV and then invite candidates to a phone interview for 10 minutes. If this is passed, there is a further 30 minute video interview and then finally one longer interview with members of the team. All until final interview is done with external recruiters which lacks knowledge about the space.

Challenging, yet supportive. Struck a good balance between personal questions and more industry relevant lines of enquiry. Felt it was a holistic and well coordinated process. The team were all very friendly too, which is always helpful.
