You directly meet Head HR that makes lot of difference ,saves time and energy for the next round that too happens on the same day If not same day final interview in the 2nd half of the day after the 1st round

Pathetic,asked to work for 11-12 hours a day,asked irrelevant questions and was asking such as they were offering a very good ctc,interviewer thinks he is good but truth is he is a novice and himself knows nothing,moreover u cant get tiffin to office and have to eat at office canteen compulsorily, thus in short this hospital is a huge money making racket .
