Basic questions about your background, what you do for fun etc. It's mostly just to see if you would be a good match personality wise for the client with a few questions about client-specific preferences and scenarios.

Question 1
How would you make sure you're not sounding like a parent while suggesting the client should use their wheelchair?
Useful in matching up personalities between client and worker. Was very casual and didn't last very long, think mine was around 40 mins. This role is well suited to masters / undergrad part time students and people who have just graduated. The interview was catered to that level of work experience too.

Question 1
Past hobbies / work / education.... Vetting type questions and questions relating to dealing with a difficult client
Sat in a café answering random, sometimes questions which seemingly had little to no relevance to the job or the interviewee's capability to perform such. Was not asked to show qualifications or any paperwork, including right to work paperwork or driver's licence. In all honestly it was the least professional, most disorganised interview I have ever attended, reasons for which only became clear once I started working for the company.
