I had an interview process that started about ten months ago. First round was with the hiring manager, then the hiring manager's boss, then a cross-team interview with someone on another team. The interviews were fine, but I simply never heard back, despite making it to the final round and despite me asking the HR manager multiple times if they had an update for me, only to be promptly ignored. It's really rude to ghost someone who put several hours of preparation into this process. The job was also listed on the company site for this entire time until it FINALLY got taken down recently. Was this job even real? What a profound waste of time, I would never apply to Ask Media Group again because of how I was treated.
