Interview
I got up to the first stage which was a phone interview. It was definitely over 15 minutes but not because it was going well. Barely, learned about the role, it sounded more like the person was airing out grievances about previous interns in order to manipulate me into behaving like a "proper" employee if I were accepted.

Interview
I had a great interview experience! My interviewer was very friendly and personable. The interview ran for about 30 minutes. We talked a lot about my past work experience and how I would fit into the company. I immediately loved the atmosphere! I could just tell that it was a very fun and positive work space. My interview went very well and the job was offered to me about two weeks later. Since then I have been interning at AskJack for over a year and I could not be happier!

Question 1
Tell me about a conflict you've faced at work and how you've dealt with it.
I answered the FaceTime and was introduced to the room. They then put the phone facing the ceiling so that I couldn't see any of them and was staring at a white ceiling for an hour. Talk about being light headed! They didn't ask any technical questions. At the end, I was told that the "paid internship" was a $25 a day salary and directly asked what I thought about it.
