Aspire-Igen interview questions

2 person panel process using a competency based questioning structure. Relatively informal and friendly approach from panel. Used further 'drill-down' Q's to further explore some answers. Also checked level of motivation to not only join company, but also to carry out actual job (enthusiasm, passion for role etc.)
