The interview process began with a one-hour online coding round on Google Meet where I built token-based and API-token authentication along with a demo API in NestJS using PostgreSQL. After clearing this round, I had a technical discussion with a senior/lead developer focused on my previous projects, application scaling strategies, code optimization, and caching. The third round was with a senior/PM, who asked about React concepts, hooks, my current responsibilities, and my motivations for joining. I was advised to strengthen my React and Docker skills. Finally, HR extended an offer, which I decided to decline.
