I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Ponderay, ID) in Nov 2021
Interview
Interviewer was 20 minutes late to the interview. He never turned his camera on, so I had an interview with a blank screen. Kept asking Sales questions, and ZERO tech support questions. Very unprofessional.

Question 1
No questions were of any value and they had nothing to do with the position I applied for.
Simple interview going over people skills and problem-solving abilities. Recruiter phone interview followed by 1-2 more zoom interviews to talk through technical experience and assess people skills. Generally easy interview process

Describe how you would approach a frustrated customer interaction
Did a phone interview but they mainly asked if I had sales experience and then waited for an email to schedule an on site interview. When I went there, they told me they didn't do interviews on site but a manager set me up to do a zoom interview. The interviewer went over some questions from the phone interview and asked me to sell her my favorite tech product. She also asked tell me about a time questions
