I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Asurion in Apr 2011
Interview
Internal move. 4 interviews with people I'd been actively working with. Tough questions, mostly behavioral. Having to interview with 4 or more people, that you work with on a daily or weekly basis is ignorant. Completely inefficient and too costly. Spend 10 or 15 minutes in an information review not 45 minutes of formal review (interrogation). Either you are a fit or not.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to work with a very competitive person, tell me about a time when you had to do something you didn't agree with etc...
I applied online. I interviewed at Asurion (Singapore)
Interview
It was chill and relaxed, questions asked were appropriate and relevant to experience. Some technical questions were asked in the first round but nothing too difficult if you're aware of how requirement gathering works:
- scope
- gap analysis
- requirements
- system changes
- change requests

Question 1
Q: what are things filed as when a change is needed outside of the project scope?
Behavioral questions, excel questions, SQL questions. Phone screen, 2 phone interviews, technical/practical assessment. Not too bad, long wait between interviews. I would recommend the process overall. Why do I have to enter 30 words?

Question 1
Walk me through how you’d go about finding out XYZ answer
Dealt with an assigned recruiter through the entire process. Consisted of phone interview then in person interview. Waited for 1 week for the offer. Overall time from first interview to start date was about 1 month.
