I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2013
Interview
After applying online I received a call from a person in hr. The interview was set after more forms and an online test were completed. The waiting area was nice and professional and staff was friendly. At the start of the interview the employee was polite in introducing himself and speaking about the job I was applying for leaving nothing to question. After a brief period of questions concerning job history and reasons for wanting to work there I was off to wait for my response via phone call which I received the following day with an offer for the position.
A group of people at first, then singled out with an interviewer to answer questions and do a concise mock call. Pretty good, quick, and smooth if you ask me. Customer service and sales experience/skills help.
phone call they are solely focused in your sales capabilities with a minimum of tech knowledge with cellphones and computers. Sales is key to being hired and their main point of interest.
