Interview
Interview was held online through zoom. Interviewer goes through your resume, asking about experience working with kids and any experience using scratch, roblox studio, etc. A coding background will help.
I’m posting a follow-up to provide additional context after the company’s response. The company’s reply came roughly a month after my initial review, just after the period when edits to that review were allowed.
The skills test was based on an old RFP, as noted in my original comment and confirmed by the company. While it could not be submitted to the original client, the draft could still serve as a template or reference for future proposals. Completing it required significant time and effort.
The company stated they could not respond to every candidate due to a “large number of applicants.” From what I observed, the submissions folder was visible to those submitting, but very few candidates actually submitted work.
Overall, the process required considerable effort, and follow-up was limited, so candidates should weigh whether the time investment is worthwhile.
