Initial interview with HR, meet with manager and teams interviewing for. Usually 2 or 3 rounds of interviews. Decisions are made quickly as there is usually an imediate need when a job is posted.

The recruiter, who was very friendly, was my initial contact. She told me about the culture there, and it sounded great. I then interviewed with the manager to see if we fit together as a team. I guess I didn't fit very well, but that's the way it goes sometimes! Overall, it seemed like a great company to work for.
