Atlas Motors interview questions

They emailed a list of questions related to problem solving and design methods. They asked that I write short essay-style responses and reference specific examples from my previous experience. They did include a more detailed job description on the initial email. They followed up with a courteous and professional email letting me know I was not chosen for the position.
