It was very brief. I met with the director and describe one of my projects. And didn't ask so many questions but basic ones. like the design process.
I don't know how's the process with full-time job, but for the intern's was very very brief.

Interview
The first part of the interview was by phone. The call lasted about 20 minutes. I was asked to discuss my related experience and interest in project management. The second part of the interview was at their office and was with the Founder/Owner and the current Project & Studio Manager. It lasted about 45 min. I got the opportunity to ask some questions about how the studio operated.
