Interview
Telephone screening with HR went well and the recruiter sounded was very positive about the organization. However, the WebEx interview with the current Sr. Program Manager in the company was very casual and it seems like she was not really interested to know me and there was no mutual connection as we speak over the WebEx. I waited for few months and even emailed the HR on the next steps however I didn't get any response. Not really happy with the time and effort that I invested to speak with these people yet no proper response.

Interview
Firs interview was with a recruiter.Second interview was a technical interview with a same position team member.
After second interview they said that i am not the perfect match. They give feedback to me.
